ABOUT US
Amanda and Nadia, best friends and business partners, both grew up with what they later realized were unhealthy lifestyles and diets that caused their health to start declining at a young age. They spent years sifting through the endless amounts of confusing information about health and food with no results or answers. Thankfully, they both discovered healing as they learned about natural health and the simple truths of eating the way God intended. After seeing first hand the outstanding impact of food, they quickly developed a passion for learning and teaching others. Now, through Real Food Made Simple, they are sharing the freedom they found with others.
Our Stories
Our Food Philosophy
Eating healthy can be downright overwhelming. We make it simple by taking food back to the basics. For thousands of years people have thrived eating plants and animals untouched from the way we find it in nature - aka real food. In other words:
If it came from a plant, eat it.
If it was made in a plant, don't.
We’re on a mission to change as many lives as possible with the power of real, nutritious food. We hope you find joy and restored health as you learn to nourish your body with real food made simple.
“Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” Matthew 6:33
Most think of physical health and spiritual health as two separate things. However, they are both incredibly important and intimately connected.
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
We can honor God and take care of our bodies by only eating the food that He intended for us. When we are healthy, it is much easier to “run the race set before us” (Hebrews 12:1), to serve the Lord, and to love others.
We’ve seen first-hand the incredible healing power of eating the food God designed for us to eat. We hope our recipes and resources serve as a guide to help others experience the fullness of the lives that God has planned for them.
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
